"Came to Marshall at Mars Audio because of the high reviews and I don't generally let just anybody work on my car. I originally had plans to install a touchscreen radio that I bought online for my car and other possible audio arrangements. I arrived one afternoon to discuss about the car but ended up being pressured into buying a system with little time to think. He offered me with what he considered was the biggest bang for my buck and I accepted but wasn't provided a completed invoice, just the grand total. That night I came to my senses and realized I need to know exactly what I'm paying for and told him we need to put it off and just do the touchscreen radio. So he went ahead and did that but ended up losing screws and pieces for my car after I clearly expressed to him my concern about making sure everything gets back in place properly. Mind you I tried doing the installation myself before I came to Marshall so I already did most of the hard work by removing the a/c vents, radio and everything from the center console. I was worried that since I removed most of the parts myself he wouldn't know how and where goes what, but he assured me he will have it taken care of properly. After a week of getting back the car I noticed there are a few missing screws were the cupholder is and the black rubber mat for it. So by the looks of it, he did the rewiring and basically rushed to put everything back in place without looking up how to do it properly. The a/c is also not working because I'm pretty sure he forgot to connect both plugs. Mind you this is a Mercedes and these cars can get very complicated. I tried contacting him several times by email and phone in regards to this but he chooses to ignore me because I guess he's upset that I didn't let him rip me off with his ridiculously priced audio system. So don't go here unless you're ready to spend thousands of dollars on God knows what... Thanks for messing up my car Marshall !"
