The job was finished on time, start to finish 70 days, within our budget and they did a beautiful job. You can't tell that it was constructed years after the original house. We wanted it to look as if it was built when our home was. RJ is a man of his word, a very rare thing in the construction field. He was great at answering all our questions and our phone calls or calling us back right away. He did a great job designing our Casita with limited space available and giving us lots of ideas and options. He was able to give us everything we asked for within our price range. Donna was a great asset. She has a great eye for decorating and gives a woman's prospective which I really appreciated. She helped make difficult decisions easier with her opinions and advise. RJ and Donna work very well together and make a great team. His whole crew was great. They were very conscientious, kept the site clean, very hard workers and we were very happy with all their work. They really care about doing a great job, which really impressed us. My husband is in the construction field and could have build this himself. But he didn't have the time or energy. So he knew what to look for and he was very happy with the quality of work and the end result. The job was very much up to his standards and something he could take credit for doing himself, but all the credit is going to go to Fairless Homes. Our family and friends and especially my mom who now lives in the Casita are very impressed at how nice the inside turned out and how well everything fit in 460 sq. ft. We stopped counting the number of neighbors who stopped by and told us how impressed they were with how fast the job was completed and how beautiful the Casita looks. One couple driving by said that this was the best looking Casita they have seen in the entire Sun City Anthem Community. We agree! :

- Fairless Homes LLCThe job went very smoothly, Donna and RJ were very clear and constructive throughout the whole process from bid to design to construction and final walk-through. When I first met them for the bid, I felt like I could trust them and I liked how I had 2 people to contact and bounce ideas off if I wanted to discuss something. They were very prompt and detailed with the bid process, and they immediately gave us our homework (picking finishes/materials at various vendors - they gave us several choices) and they got to work on their end. There were only a few hiccups along the way, no fault of theirs, that required some additional engineering work and costs, but otherwise the job came within a 5% variance from the original bid. The timing of the job was off by a few weeks, so we felt we were pushing them towards the end since we wanted to move in before the holidays. Ultimately, they did a great job for the complexity and amount of work required by the various specialties. The quality of the work is impeccable, people can't even tell that the rooms were changed, they look and feel like it was part of the original build. I would definitely use them again
- West Coast Cabinets and CountertopsMy husband and I went to their office after our appointment at Lowe's. West Coast's estimate and final cost ended up being half of what Lowe's was, and they could get it done much, much quicker. After we decided on the type of cabinet and granite we wanted, we made an appointment for them to come out and measure. It was for the next day, and they showed up exactly on time. Once the supplies were ordered and arrived, they came to install everything,again, on time. The installers were very friendly and accommodating, and got the work done in the time they estimated. We are so happy with the results! We used to dread our office because it was dreary and very messy. But now, we can keep more organized with the overhead cabinets, and we have much more counter space than we had before. Thank you, West Coast! We would definitely recommend them, and we would use them again, should we need their services

"Barbara Turns from Designer Kitchen and Baths went above and beyond to help me with repairs to a leaking shower that was well past any normal warranty period. I mean way, way, way past a time frame that any other contractor would honor. When the shower started leaking through the wall a handyman had come in as a favor to me and quite honestly made a mess of things by ripping shower tiles, the shower surround, and a water damaged cabinet out. When he saw how involved repairs would be he suggested I call the original installer. It had been so many years since Designer Kitchen and Bath had completed the project I had not even considered calling them. Barbara came out and was so kind. I am a 100% disabled veteran on a very limited income. She only charged me the cost of whatever materials were needed for repair. The biggest cost being that the handyman damaged the shower surround when he took them out and I needed a new glass surround. Labor was free on both the shower and the repair/re-installation of the adjoining side wood cabinet. This saved me thousands. Barbara also sent her repairmen to help me with other issues in the house at a very reasonable cost. I am so thankful that she came to my aid when my chips were down. Designer Kitchen and Bath gets an A++++++++ rating from me.
