I hired them to build a casita with a bathroom /laundry room. Also, a sink was a small job, and it took them over 8 months to build. In 8 months they could have built a whole house. On top of that, they did not install the AC, so now instead of a casita, I have a sauna in Vegas triple-digit weather. I had asked them the whole way through, and they strung me along. And at the last minute, they wanted to charge another $2500 to install an ac. They even had me buy it, now it is just sitting there. They totally installed the sink cabinet on the wrong side and did a bootleg job to remedy it. The roof does not match the floor, colors do not match. In the process, they also broke my awning, damaged my RV, and did not finish all the punch list items. They also left damaging my electricity for my fridge and awning. They left the place like a train wreck. What a nightmare. Please anyone reading this. Save yourself, money time, and frustration. I literally paid 30k for a sauna. I should of made a claim in court. Still considering it.

Garage Building Service
We had a very good experience with Jet development. They added a three car garage and enclosed our patio and made it part of the house. If there were any problems with any part of the construction they were addressed and remedied. They kept the road and worksite clean. Jimmy, the job Superintendent, was very nice and met any requests we had. We would be glad to recommend them for any construction jobs and we think that they did a great job on our home.

Ryan and Tony do impeccable work, very patience making sure everything was understood about the job. I have always done all of my remodling work, due to health reasons I needed help with my door project. They outstanding craftsmen. They installed wrought iron doors for me.

op rated customer service, very friendly staff and crew. The 2 Superintendents where great not sure witch one I liked the best. 380 sq ft bedroom and bath addition everything went great from the ground up. Jennifer took care of everything from the site inspection, drawings, planing , budgeting ...Contract was fulfilled on time , no cost over runs .. we are very pleased with our new addition...fair price for a great job

Jet Development and its construction company, Tucker Construction, is a superb company. I hired Jet to build an 850 square foot addition to my 2 year old home. I wanted the addition to match the original house exactly, inside and outside, so the ordinary observer would think the addition was part of the original construction. Previously, I had hired Jet to extend my porch with the same goal of a match to the original house. They succeeded then, so I hoped for the same result with the addition. Again, Jet and Tucker met my expectations with perfection. All the folks at Jet and Tucker are top notch, highly competent, professionals who are easy to work with and very dedicated to their craft. You cannot do any better than Jet and Tucker for your construction project. Jet and Tucker use the same care and attention to detail on the project no matter how simple or how complex. I know because I observed both cases. My hearty recommendation: HIRE THEM!
