My bathroom remodeling project was SAVED by GI Construction. I originally chose another construction company. The appraiser was professional and nice, also Cheaper than GI Construction. Unfortunately the old saying you pay for what you get decided to teach me another lesson. Partially through the project I noticed their work did not meet the standards they promised. After trying to work with the manager multiple times, we just couldn't get on the same page without him trying to charge me way more than he promised. So I gave up and called GI Construction. Isaac from GI construction was truly professional. There was no animosity for starting with another company. He even went on to explain he deals with this situation way to often. Issac and Valentin took the time and energy to understand my desired outcome of the project. Their experience prevented me from making more mistakes purchasing materials that wouldn't fit the style of my bathroom. Due to Issac and Valentines help, the money I have invested in the bathroom is sure to help add value to my home. With the last company I could see it becoming a bathroom the next owner just wanted to rip out. I hope I can save some of you the trouble that I went through by sharing this review. GI Construction will be my first pick for all my future projects.

As a property management company we worked with GI Construction on many projects. So far with no comparison to others. Isaac and Valentin are knowledgeable, honest and their processes are taking us through any project as smooth as it can be. They are always available to deal with any challenges in the best possible way. The price always stays the same with out any change orders on their side, the time is always on point, the workers are working every day and very polite and the quality is top notch. After having to deal with other companies that was not as great to say the least, we definitely appreciate when something good come along

I had GI Construction remodel my bathroom in my investment property. I can honestly say that they made my life so much easier. They helped me step by step to go through I remotely and the result was admirable.

We are completely happy with GI Construction. We bought our house in 2016 and haven t had a chance to remodel inside the house. We have remodeled the exterior and wanted to move forward with interior. Now that the kids are a little older, we felt more comfortable investing in remodeling. We remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. GI Construction team communicated everything very clearly with us and took the time to explain things. I felt like every single person is very congenial. They did whatever is necessary to meet our needs. All of the workers were professional and courteous. They stood in the timeline that we had for them, no delays at all which is very important to us. We needed everything to be completed by Memorial Day. We love our new granite countertops, the new modern flooring, and our new practical kit chi en cabinets. I would like to share my experience with GI construction in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was looking for help to remodel bathrooms in my house. It has been over 10 years since I had it remodeled and I was thrilled to bring a new life to my master bathroom- a place where I pamper myself every day. I wanted to add a walk-in shower with frameless shower glass, install new vanities and countertops, change bathroom flooring, and streamline the design with durability. When I called GI Construction, I had a very pleasant conversation with Isaac(owner) about how I would like to have my bathroom remodeled and he walked me through every possible step and shared his opinion and ideas. He really took his time to explain how they work and what to expect. I was more than happy and ready to set an in-home appointment. A few days later, they showed up on time and I was completely satisfied with their proposal and budget I had in mind. The whole bathroom remodeling took about 3 weeks and I was patiently waiting to see final results. My shower looks amazing! They added 4 layers of water proven system, floors look radiant, I love my new countertops- is my favorite. From the start of our design process which we communicated together and daily follow-ups, GI construction demonstrated nothing but professionalism, expertise, and amazing A+ customer service. Not only did they meet the expectations, but they also went above and beyond to exceed them. I was extremely pleased with the final results indeed. Next month I am going to call them again to remodel the guest bathroom as well and I know I will not be disappointed. Thank you again!

n January we took possession of a home and started looking for a contractor to completely remodel it for us. We searched the county site for licensed contractors and contacting the top 6, we settled on GI Construction. We met with Issac who looked over what we were interested in and submitted a bid. He then sat with us and discussed the entire project, it was a complete remodel, every room. He took the time to sit with us and help us to lower some of the cost and was always there to listen to our concerns and kept us constantly up to date on the project. The entire job turned out beautiful with a few hick ups here and there which was quickly worked our by our project manager Valentine. Valentine was a joy to work with, if he had any questions as to what we wanted exactly he would immediately get in contact with us, meet us at the house and get every thing worked out to â  ourâ  satisfaction. He made extra sure his workers knew exactly what we the, customer, wanted We having nothing but praise and admiration for the excellent professional job done for us by GI Construction. I would highly recommend GI Construction and would definitely use them again if needed!! We had two bathrooms remodeled and the experience was a good one from the beginning to the finish. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and very knowledgeable. They were always prompt and would tell us each day what they would be working on. The finished product is beautiful and exactly what we described to Isaac when he first came to talk to us. He was very prompt in giving us an estimate and explaining what would be done. I dreaded having workers in my house for four weeks, but once I met them and they began work, I no longer had any doubts. A wonderful company to work with!!

They provided a written detail of the work to be performed along with a cost of the renovation, very professional. Quality work was performed. Workers were knowledgeable, professional and very prompt. Work was completed within the time period originally project. I would not hesitate in hiring GI Construction for any future home renovations.

My project started 14 months ago and it is still not finished. Just want my project completed.

As soon as we met our Project Manager, Tony Georgiev we were very impressed. He made a very thorough presentation of GI Construction's history and capabilities, then after viewing our project provided us with a comprehensive and professional bid. Not only did Tony understand what we wanted, he offered suggestions and modifications that made our master bath and bedroom remodel exactly what we'd hoped for. His communication throughout the entire project was remarkable. His crews were polite, timely and true craftsmen. I would also like to add that from the 1st phone call we had a very positive experience. Jennifer in the office was very helpful and responsive, and the owner Isaac even came to our home to make sure we were pleased with his crews and their workmanship. I was very nervous about the work on my house because I was out of town for the entire duration the remodeling so I had to trust GI Construction and my project manager, Chris, with a key to my house and actual work. However, the whole process was very easy! Chris sent me pictures and videos at every step, sometimes asking me twice of how I wanted certain things to make sure they got everything exactly how wanted. After two months, I came back home and the entire work was completely done and my house was in perfect condition and clean. One of the projects completed was replacing wood paneling on columns with tile. The new tile looks so good, you can't tell that it was not there from the beginning. Just today I had a friend visit me at my house and she could hardly remember how the wood panels looked lie because the new tile was installed so perfectly.

Trustworthy company, they did excellent work on our home upgrades. Project was completed in a timely manor. Upgrades included tile, electrical, drywall and paint, and even a courtyard gate. We will be using GI Construction for our next project.

We had communication problems but in the end the construction workers were meticulous.

GI Construction recently completed an outstanding renovation job on our Las Vegas condo and the results were spectacular! Our project manager Isaac Prives was a visionary leader & a caring partner throughout our ambitious undertaking, and he & his crew came through for us on time and on budget! Isaac, his team leader Alex, and their entire construction team were all superb in delivering a spectacular home for our family, and we will be forever grateful. I would recommend GI Construction, Isaac and his team to anyone without hesitation. We hired GI Const to remodel our bathroom. We were very satisfied with the result. Our project manager, Tony worked hard to keep us informed and the project moving forward. Scheduled my appointment online. Henry contacted me and has been on top of my project from the beginning and keeps me updated as needed. No issues with the contractors that work for them, they too come repair the damage, clean up done before they leave. I highly recommend this company.

We used GI Construction to replace the fiberglass garden tub/shower combo in our master bath. They did a wonderful job and we now have a beautiful walk-in shower. It is exactly what I wanted. The project manager Henry was great to work with, he kept us up to date on the work schedule, and addressed any concerns immediately. Very pleased with the results.

I have used many contractors over the last ten years. At first I thought he was too good to be true. Within a very short time however I realized he was the real deal. He stays in constant daily contact, is on top of everything, on time, gives intelligent recommendations, does what he promises, when he promises to do it. This is the first contractor I would like to use for future construction projects, in fact I am planning new projects just because I have found someone I can trust. One of the biggest stresses with other contractors I have used in the past has been the unreliability of showing up, additional/unexpected bills without a change order, not respecting my property (gates left open, cigarette butts, missing tools, dumping toxic material in my garden, piling debris on my lawn). After the first week I knew it wasn't going to be that way with Isaac and his team. There will always be speed bumps and unexpected setbacks in any project. How a contractor handles these situations is a measure of the character of the company. Isaac is the type of man that is not afraid to face things head on - he anticipates, takes responsibility, and makes things good. He is a man of his word, and his word is backed by his actions - he actually does what he says he will do. Needless to say, I am a big fan.

The work is fast and professional.

Prior to contacting GI Construction, we hired another contractor for purposes of kitchen renovation. The guy was coming every other day and was not doing a good job. After a while, he has left us no choice but to cancel and look for a different contractor to complete the project. I called the GI Construction Inc to schedule a meeting. The next day, Isaac came over to evaluate the project. He pointed out a few things the previous guy didn't do right, and instantly earned our trust. Isaac answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and gave us the pros and cons on the different options. He was able to send his team the very next day to start the project. Words can't express how happy we are that we chose GI Construction. Isaac is a perfectionist, so is his crew!!! This company's works is absolutely amazing! Very clean and professional!! Isaac was coming everyday to make sure the job was running smoothly and that the project was meeting the set deadline.
