"By far worse company I have dealt with. Called them last Thursday and they set me up any appointment for Friday. I then call Friday to see why they haven’t came out. They then told me that they forgot to put me on their calendar. So we setup a appointment for the upcoming Monday. They just got here and looked at our system and said that they would need to install a new system and wanted to charge us 14k to do it. Keep in mind we just put new furnace and Central air unit in 2019 in this house. Called out another company after summers was here and they company came out and looked and found a hole in the line set. They only quoted us 300 for line set and 600 for Freon refill. So I’ll take that 900 bill instead of these losers trying to bend me over for 14k? be careful this company prays on low income people of Anderson all the time."

"Very thorough and very complete examination and inspection. Had another company out to tell me I needed to replace Furnance or spent $ 3,000 on repairs. So I got other opinions. Of four other companies the other three said Furnance was good and gave me pricing to replace should I consider replacing in next few years. LB found furnace control board and thermostat were not in sync due to bad Thermostat. Replaced thermostat for less than big box price. And replaced control board for 40% less than other quote. I also Purchased Furnance Air purifier which it is working great. LB Checked back to verify everything was in good shape and working properly after installation. Very competitive pricing. Best quote for Furnance work."
