Today I had my furnace, air conditioner and humidifier serviced by Thiele Heating and Air Conditioning Company and I couldn’t have been more impressed with their work. Technician Mike went above and beyond in cleaning and maintaining all three units. He was professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he ensure everything was working perfectly, but he also took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was important. I highly recommend Thiele Heating and Air Conditioning for anyone in need of heating and air conditioning services. Their dedication to customer service satisfaction is truly exceptional!

Their technicians seem to be very well trained. I had other technicians years ago that, you know, just don't do much. And their guys—I have always been really thorough and checked more than what I had in the past, so I have used them for a long time now. Yeah, that's other technicians; these guys do everything, and then some of them are very good. compared to other ones I had in the past.

Purchased the entire gas furnace and a/c in 2011 with a ten year parts and labor warranty. Had maintenance done by Thiele and other companies. Thiele did not honor the labor part of warranty using the excuse that they did not perform annual maintenance themselves. While their position can be justified by fine print in the contract, good companies do not operate in this manner, giving customers the benefit of the doubt to maintain good customer relations. Not an attitude I expected and will not use them again.

"Since 2011 our computers show we have only been out twice for maintenance on your system. Manufacturers require annual maintenance to keep your warranty valid. This was an avoidable repair with proper mantenance. Your chargers were $89.95 for diagnostic and labor of $90.00. When this was explained in person and later on the phone it was obvious you were quite mad hanging up the phone on us thus ending te call. I am sorry you feel this way and we wish you nothing but good fortune going forward."

I had the furnace cleaned and was talked into a service plan for regular maintenance. I was promised to be put on a schedule and they would call me. It's been almost a year and no one has ever called me. They are perfectly happy to take your money and never do any work. You're supposed to get preferential treatment when you call with a problem. My service plan got me no treatment. Call One Hour Heating instead.

They sent a professional out to give me a quote. He provided an offer, which I accepted. He had the heat pump in stock. It was installed in a few days, right before a holiday! They installed the heat pump during a heat-wave and I'm saving money on energy.

I decided to replace my old HVAC after stopped working when I learned it used a coolant that was being phased out. I obtained estimates from several businesses and chose to go with Thiele which was the business closest to my home. Bob Lux, who provided the estimate, took a lot of care in assessing the appropriate size of the replacement unit, visited during installation to make sure things were ok, and promptly responded to a few questions I had afterwards.

I found this company on the Angie’s list app which listed a furnace and air conditioner tune up for $59.00. They responded promptly and I scheduled an appointment to have my furnace and air conditioner tuned up for $59, based on the Angie’s List coupon. The technician arrived promptly and was very kind. He went down to my furnace and checked my filter. However, when I asked if he was going to do the furnace tuneup included in the coupon, he was surprised. He contacted the company‘s owner, and the owner instructed him that Angie’s list made an error on the coupon they listed. Instead of both furnace and air conditioner serviced for $59, it was supposed to read ‘or.’ Unfortunately, The owner did not stand behind the coupon listed on the Angie’s List site. It was somewhat disappointing as I had scheduled the appointment in good faith, still had to pay the $59, but only received half of the service.

I reached out to Angies List again on Monday (7-22). I can promise you I want them to correct the wording. The coupon you used is our best pricing ($30 off) and only available via Angies List. The technician arrive 15 minutes after the office called - great! EJ was really thorough in explaining the process and making suggestions, especially based on the fact that both the furnace and A/C are quite old. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the care he took in the details!

The guys did a great job just like they did with installation. I called this morning and they were at the house same day in the afternoon. The furnace was short cycling on and off due to a dirty sensor. This is my fault. Thiele installed it 4 years ago, and I haven't had any preventive maintenance done. They cleaned the sensor and did a full unit cleaning. They explained everything and showed me the location of the sensor warning light. I signed up for the maintenance program this time, so it won't happen again. Both techs were very friendly and efficient. Thanks guys!

Very well., John, the technician arrived on time and methodically discovered the problem: a clogged drain, and then cleaned it out. He also tested the outside unit and learned the pressure was good. He took time and photos to make sure the problem was understood correctly. Also, he gave his evaluation of this life of the A/C unit and recommended a different filter size. He was going to honor the Angies List coupon, but then came back with one of Thiele's coupons which actually gave a lower discount on the service call.
