The first was a smaller, one room renovation, and the second was a larger renovation involving a kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. For both projects, I couldn’t be happier with the results and working with Mike. From the initial estimate and until the final walkthrough, Mike is on-time, transparent, communicative, and consultative. His entire team are professionals, which makes the process less stressful. If surprises come up during the renovation, Mike clearly outlines the options and pros/cons of each. This made me feel very much in control of the project. A few weeks after the completion of the second renovation, we had a minor issue that needed to be fixed. Mike’s subcontractor came out the very next day to fix it. Mainly, they replaced a shower stall I had that had a cracked floor and had leaked into the floor below it (damaging the ceiling). The new tiled shower they put in is amazing and I can’t even see where the ceiling damage was anymore after they fixed it. They also tackled some other things around the house that I’m glad to say will no longer bother me again! I highly recommend them and will go to them again for any future work I may want to do."
