    Louis and his team were wonderful. They made the whole process stress-free and even enjoyable. Louis is so well organized and made sure that each step happened as quickly as possible. As soon as one step was finished, the inspector was there within a few days so they could move on to the next step. From framing to floors to backsplash to heating and lighting, all of their work was high quality. Every team member was extremely professional, and Louis was always available to communicate about each step and decisions that needed to be made. We really couldn't have been happier with their professional work and would recommend Perfectview Remodeling to anyone. Thank you so much to Louis and your team.     We are extremely happy that we hired New Creation Tile & Marble to install our kitchen backsplash. John and his crew were excellent. When John came over to give us the estimate, he also measured the wall and told us how many boxes of 3"x6" subway tile and how many 12" pencil tiles for the edging that we would need to order to complete this project. On the day of the installation, they were very punctual in their arrival. Before starting John explained a couple of options that we had available to ensure that the final look would be just as we had envisioned. In addition to installing the backsplash, they did an excellent job removing and replacing a chipped 12"x12" floor tile that was in our mudroom. Prior to leaving, John informed us of the best procedure for applying the sealer once the tile adhesive had dried. I have received numerous compliments on our backsplash and on the perfection of its installation. In closing, we highly recommend New Creation Tile & Marble for professional tile installation at a very reasonable price

    My project involved a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in my 100+ year old house. It came with all the challenges of an older home, complete with uneven walls and floors, original plaster, and strangely shaped rooms / layout. Leo was very attentive, detail oriented, and always wanted to be sure I was happy with the decisions needed. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or increase the scope of the project for his own gain. Along the way there were things I added to the scope, but he was always helpful in deciding what was needed or made sense to do vs. something not needed or that might be overinvesting. He was very diligent and detail oriented in all aspects of the job. The project involved leveling and sheet rocking walls and ceilings, new tile throughout the bathroom, new tub, installation of shower doors, removal of an exterior window (and residing exterior to cover the area, which was done seamlessly), new sinks, vanity, mirrors, and fixtures, and a slew of other details I’m probably leaving out. It was a challenging space and came out great! Much of the same was needed in the kitchen, but it also included new cabinets, counters, backsplash, and framing out a very weird wall so the cabinets and appliances would make sense and be even. He also painted all of rooms and left the house clean and beautiful. He was always polite and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again for another similar project in the future

    We're thrilled with the work Leo and his team at Excalibur Construction did to create a beautiful bathroom out of an outdated laundry space. Leo has an impressive range of skills, and is a a kind and trustworthy person. The project was started in early March of 2020 and at my request, was paused for several months due to Covid shut down. Leo was flexible with this interruption and although he was extremely busy when we asked to begin again, he made the time and followed Covid-safe work practices. We live in an old house and there was extensive preparation - foundation work and window moving. Leo kept us informed on these developments and was transparent in how these impacted timing and pricing. His project spanned plumbing, electrical work, framing, tile work, and shower door installation. Leo paid attention to each detail and offered thoughtful design suggestions.     I purchased a home that had Kitchen Magic refacing on the original cabinets. Many of the commonly used doors (under sink door, utensils draw, etc.) are peeling off from normal use. I called the company and turns out the "lifetime warranty" is void when transferring to a new home owner. I'm not expecting something for free, happy to pay labor for a product that's supposed to last, but after speaking with the rep and inspecting the product myself it's clear this is simply a POOR QUALITY product meant entirely for cosmetic real estate pictures and to look good during real estate walk-throughs but NOT BUILT TO LAST... it's putting lipstick on a pig. If that wasn't the case, their warranty conditions wouldn't be as such
