While he was at it, he showed me how to clean the drain on a tub that was giving me a problem at no extra charge. This is a family run business - really nice people

"I spoke to the owner, Mike, on Tuesday and the system was installed on Friday. This was a replacement for a 14-year-old system (different brand) that failed so we knew what we were looking for and there was no hard sell or upsell involved, Mike listened to what I was looking for and recommended an appropriate system.
