Great, excellent job

Prompt response and issue resolved. I called them last winter for help with my Triangle Tube furnace. The technicians needed to consult with manufacturer's tech support team to resolve the error code, and the bill was very reasonable. When the furnace malfunctioned -- again, nearly every winter -- the owner himself called me at after 11 pm and suggested another local professional who has more expertise with my type of furnace. Extremely impressed with the personal response and generous guidance.

It went Fantastic! From the first contact with the woman who answered the phone, to conversations with the owner and his employee who came and did the job. I believe I received professional, courteous, service and advice and an affordable and permanent solution that solved numerous drainage and structural problems all at once. I can't say enough about how I feel they looked at my problem from all aspects, financial, keeping to code, the structure and drainage of an aging house and solved it all A++++

Plumber arrived on time, installed faucet and illustrated how it worked, consulted me before fixing the precise position of the faucet, explained some operational points, like the sprayer, and recommended some cleaning procedures for the amount of leakage from the previous faucet.  The entire installation took less than 30 minutes.  Price was expected and explained.

If there was a score better than A, they would get it. The call back came 15min after I called. We talked about what was needed to be done. Everything was explained and how pricing would work according to what they found. The plan was to schedule for the following week. I received a call back 30min later that one of the people would be free and could they come over now.

Mike came to do the work. He was very easy to talk with, knowledgeable and professional. We walked through the different jobs and he gave feedback and options for each, along with the pricing differences. We made the decision and he immediately got to work. Everything was done in an afternoon. The final price was less than quoted.

We are already planning the next project and will be working with them.
