After saying they could complete the project and scheduled an appointment. They did not show up and did not call to say they were not coming. After I reached back out to ask if they can still complete the project, they put it off for 2 days. Then said they couldn't because it was not approved. Poor communication and follow up.

After some issues with scheduling, they were always very prompt at communicating and they were very helpful and polite for the installation help. The job wasn’t in their usual realm of services but they still agreed and wanted to provide the help and service to my dad when he needed it. Prices were reasonable and the job was completed and checked with excellent customer service. I would recommend them for any job.

Mr. Medina and his son Cesar came to the house early. I explained to them what needed done they gave me a very good deal. They gave me a great explanation on what and how the work was going to be done. they are very professional and courteous. they made sure everything clean before they left the house. The team at Medina's Construction was exactly what I needed. They communicated early and often as needed. They were very friendly, professional, and hard working. They encountered some issues with the walls, but showed patience and creativity in solving all issues. They also cleaned up before finishing the job. They went above and beyond my expectations. If I have any other projects I would hire them again and I would also recommend them to others.
