Never called me

The repairman was excellent, knowledgable, that was the best part of the service. He performed a great job. But the charge was horrendous and over-priced. To date, I have not received the invoice/receipt for the service provided. We received a $96.00 discount from the $3200 estimate. Quite a difference from the $1300 price for the heater plus the labor which I think wouldn't cost $3200. What do you think, is it a fair price?

He did a superb job. Obviously knew his job. Very pleased with the work and will use again.

They came in and did the work. Real quick and I called them and they came here right away, I'm happy with the service. I will continue to use them. Price is very reasonable and the quality of the work is excellent.

they said they spend too long unclogging the line. 2 weeks later it was clogged again and they went to tell me to call roto rooter and no refund or anything. I paid $189 for nothing.

Neither gas leaks nor sewer leaks were detected. Technicians opinion was lack of use of garage sink. Stale water left in trap caused sewer smell. Recommended running sink at least once as week to flush trap.

The plumber did a good job, We woke up to find that the water in our house was not draining properly, It was backing up in the bathtub (lowest point in the drain). I called the water company as I thought there might be some work going on in the area that might be causing the problem. The water company reported there was no work being done in our area and no one else had called in to report any problems. So I checked with my neighbor and he reported no problems either. I then called another plumbing company however they were not able to give me a more precise time of arrival. They said the plumber would be there from 1-5 pm. I then called Smith Johnson and they gave me an arrival time of 2:30pm. The plumber arrived about 3:10 pm, assessed the problem, listened to my concerns and started to work right away. He was only here for about an hour. He was courteous, polite, friendly and did a good job. He cleaned out the main sewer line through a clean out in the front yard. I would use this company again if I had any more problems and I would also recommend them too.

They did a great job of fixing the bathroom problems and installed new shower fixture and sink faucet (per my separate purchase) plus maintenance on my water heater went extremely well. They cleaned up afterwards and the whole job was very professional. I have used this company for at least 10 years plus and I highly recommend them.

It went great! They know what they are doing and got right to the problems . They were able to find the problem and fix it quickly. I had another plumber tell us how the tile around the tub faucet would have to be broken and how the estimate was almost $500 for this project when Casa Plumbing took care of it very quickly without breaking any tiles. I paid $300 and this was for two projects including opening a wall.

The job was completed quickly and efficiently. The worker cleaned up after himself. I had the parts on hand. I couldn't get the hoses off the spickets.
