Finished Basements Plus of Galena Ohio We use Metal Studs for walls. Mold Resistant Drywall for an Allerngine free Basement. Wood walls. absorb moisture and Mold Grows. Outlets every 10 to 12 foot apart and 6 in can/recessed Led Lights. We recommend the 12mm water resistant Aqua gard laminate flooring. Todd helped design the perfect space which includes a separate room with a walk in closet, a full bath with tiled walls and floors and even a hide away play area for our kids!!
