DEL-REPAIR MAINTENANCE

Fantastic! I had a room added on to my house to create a laundry room and I also had them remodel an existing bathroom. From the beginning Chris was fantastic with communication. I always knew what was going on and what was happening next. I was told it should take about 2-3 weeks and it took exactly 3. It would have been finished sooner but I kept adding on little things! He was also fantastic about keeping on budget. And when I wanted to make a change that altered the original price quote he was up front and mentioned it immediately so I could make an informed decision if I really wanted to make the change. All in all everything was exactly as I wanted it and I couldn't be happier! In fact I'm having him build a deck on the back of my house in a few weeks!
As my project progressed a few little things popped up around my house that didn't have anything to do with my remodeling project. For example: I had an issue with my furnace not working properly. Chris stayed late that day and fixed my furnace for me! I didn't have to call another company. That was a nice surprise. So I now have a running and quot;Chris Listand quot; and when I have a few things that need done I can give him a call and in half a day or so all those little nagging problems are taken care of!
If you have ever had work done inside your house you know how important it is to feel comfortable with the people you are working with. Chris and his team go above and beyond to make it as pleasant as possible! In fact after our 3 weeks together I kind of missed having them around!

After having 4 or 5 other contractors fail to show interest in this project, (I've been looking for 5 months) I contacted Chris about the job. It was a long wait for his schedule to clear and apparent computer problems left a couple emails go unanswered. I was beginning to fear no one had time to fix the holes going all the way through my old homes water damaged walls. A phone call eased my fears when he said I was still on their schedule.
Cost of the job was on the high end of the estimates I had received but fair. Little extras padding the cost others didn't account for.
The work I had etimated to take 1 week stretched into two with only a couple surprises, a leaking roof had to be fixed and ordering new flooring from an outdated catalog added 2 or three days. I should mention they didn't work on Saturdays.
The quality of the work was excellant and I'm a happy customer Cleanup was done well. I wouldn't hesitate to use Del-Repair again for non emergency work.

Chris and his team did excellent work! Always went above and beyond! This team does excellent work and are in high demand for the area. If you have to wait a week or two for them to start the work....it is worth it!!

The install went fine. The back yard spigot started leaking again in a short period of time. I did not complain because I think it should be replaced eventually. The issue came when I tried to shutoff the inside water shutoff valve for the front yard spigot for the winter. Two problems found: 1. After closing the inside water shutoff valve, water still streaming out of the outside spigot. In other words, the inside shutoff valve did not completely close the water. 2. The inside shutoff valve starts dripping water to the ground. I called Chris and he promised to come and take a look at it the next noon. He did not come. I called him multiple times after that and each time left a message. I emailed him also. All to no response. I had to hire another contractor for $60 to fix the water dripping. However, the inside valve still cannot completely close the water. The outside spigot still has streaming water if not closed. The shutoff value has rusts on it. Also according to the other contractor, the shutoff valve is the old style which should not be used because you don't need to use this valve to adjust the water volume. There is new style valve which just turns on or off the water. It took DEL-REPAIR MAINTENANCE only one afternoon and Chris Graves did an absolutely exceptional job of installing the hood so it properly vents to the outside, and fits perfectly over the range. He's a pleasant fellow to chat with too, although he never allowed talking to interfere with his work. Highly recommended for anything you need to have done around the house.
