"I purchased the Big Deal Promotion for 4 hours of housecleaning for a bargain $70 ten months ago and I thought it would be a great way to get much of the pre-Passover preparation done without all the work I usually do.        I called to arrange the service a couple months ago and was asked for a range of dates because it was too far in advance to settle.  There was a bit of confusion when I called back to settle on the date because the owner was out-of-town, but it was resolved satisfactorily.       I was overwhelmed by the service!  The owner called the night before to tell me when they would be here.  They ran into a few problems and he called a couple of times to say they would be delayed.  I appreciated his calls and it did not create any problems for me.       The team members were very professional, polite, eager to please and  friendly (I wish I could speak Spanish so I could have communicated directly, especially to tell them how pleased I was.       If there was a rating above A, I would have given Pristine Clean Services of Columbus that rating."
