As I was preparing myself I pondered, “let’s check the temperature today, never know with this georgia weather what I’ll be able to dress myself in!”. I had just received a new linen dress shirt that was dying to be worn on a random 70 degree January Georgia day. To my dismay, it was 24 degrees outside! Thinking about the icy malicious winds that were about to barrage me upon walking outside, I unconsciously turned the knob for hot water to my shower to Max output when all of a sudden a vile scent filled my nostrils! Something was burning! I quickly raced out to the kitchen to check for the cause of this horrid scent and realized, my water heater was smoking! I quickly turned everything off all while the realization dawned on me that on this cold horrid day, I would have no hot water. My day was fraught. I quickly called Arshia to see if he would be able to help and to my luck, he answered. He assessed my problem at 6 in the morning, checked to see what replacements were in stock for me and reassured me that he’d have my hot water back on in no time. Although my day was ruined my week was saved by Arshia and his response time. The next day Arshia came to my house got everything squared away for me, and was done in a jiffy. Thank you Arshia
