Organizing the quote was simple and quick - the estimate was received at the same time as the company visited the home the first time. Scheduling was straightforward. Within 3 weeks of accepting the quote, work started. The crew was respectful, as quiet as is possible when removing an old backsplash, and exceptionally hardworking. Our backsplash was done beautifully in about 7 hours. Owner checked in on the work once during the day, and followed up a few days after was completed to ensure we were happy with the job. I will definitely consider them again for future projects. This company was not the lowest quote, but was close to it.

We had a very good experience with this vendor. Schedules were prompt and adhered to expected timing. Financing was available and we used this financing. Quality of workmanship was absolutely superb. Workers arrived on time, as scheduled, with the proper materials. High-level skill sets were obvious. Work was completed on time, as scheduled. Customer service response to resolve anomalies discovered during installation was outstanding. I would recommend this vendor to anyone wishing to install flooring. This event covered all floors in a 3,500 sq ft home with 3/4" hardwood flooring; This new flooring replaced carpet that was installed in 1977.
