"I had concerns about our foundation and I needed a reputable company to inspect our issues and potentially perform the job. From the very first contact Bay Crawl Space & Foundation Repair were professional, curtious, and quick to respond. They kept us informed every step of the way of when they were coming and what jobs they were performing that day and they never seemed upset when I would ask any questions regarding upcoming work. Our Advisor Michael was personable and explained everything in detail. I didn’t get to personally meet Kasey who performed the Boracare treatment or Eric, Chris, Dean, and Eli who performed the work under the house as I was at work while most of the work was performed; however, they texted me each day to inform me of when they would arrive and when they were finished for the day and even included pictures!!! I am also grateful for Scottie the field supervisor who came out and assessed another potential job that I needed done and was able to set us up with that as well!!
