22 I called Frank Winze and asked if he could swap out a microwave for me. He said yes, gave me a date and time to do the job. He showed up when he said he would. Did the job, cleaned up after himself. Made sure we were happy with the results, collected the waste products and hauled away...
Arrived a bit late, but not terribly late. Two plumbers went right to work and finished the job in about 2 hours. The work left some dirt on my white carpet, but before they left, the entire mess was cleaned up perfectly! Shane and Eric were the greatest!
