"We are very pleased with the results. The old steps had to be removed with a jackhammer and the blocks removed and then the whole lot replaced. Mike Kinsley and his crew showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job of removing the old steps/blocks and replacing them. This took a lot of concrete framing. We also had the old aluminum railings replaced with new plastic railings. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Kinsley Construction. This was not the first large project for which we've hired Kinsley Construction. The first was a new roof and siding, then remodeling a basement and upgrading bathrooms. Highly recommended."

He also updated me frequently on shipment of materials and the timeline for work to be completed. (When Lowe's shipped the wrong fasteners and turnbuckles for the cable railing, Shannon caught the mistake right off by keeping close tabs on the inventory. ).
