We do a lot of Insurance work so if you have a leak missing shingles, we will do an inspection and if you have enough damage, we will help you with Filing a Claim with your insurance Company. Ive been in the construction business for 16 years and ive never seen othet workers do the quality work i take so much pride in my saying is if you wouldnt want it in your home dont do shitty work to your client ive had 1k hours of experience in Drywall installation, finishing drywall, textured ceilings, painting (3k hours), vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, gutter, every type of vinyl or hardwood tongue and groove flooring, mold and trim, roof repair, metal roofing, landscaping, retaining wall basically you name it ive done it besides welding

Some homeowners use caulk on the edges of clapboard siding to help seal it. However, this method invites new problems. With so many gaps sealed, clapboard siding is often unable to drain properly and moisture from rain or other sources can build up inside. This can lead to rot and other issues over time. When repairing clapboards, it’s best to avoid caulking the final product. The exception is trim around windows and doors, which should be caulked to avoid moisture problems.

To clean painted aluminum siding, use a mixture of mild detergent and water applied with a soft brush or sponge. Rinse thoroughly with a garden hose to remove soap residue. For stubborn stains, cleaning aluminum siding with a power washer on a low-pressure setting can be effective. But avoid using high pressure, which could damage the paint.

While almost nothing is completely fireproof, metal siding is extremely fire-resistant. It’s non-combustible so while it may eventually melt in extreme temperatures, it won’t actually light on fire itself. This can add a layer of safety to structures that wood or vinyl siding can’t, making it attractive for industrial use. Metal siding can significantly slow down the spread of a fire, giving extinguishers and firefighters a much better chance at saving the structure and containing the blaze. 

Vinyl is lightweight, easy to install, durable, and long-lasting, and as long as a professional installs it, it should remain waterproof for several decades to keep your home protected. It can hold out against extreme weather conditions, and it doesn’t make a nice home for any sort of insects. Plus, vinyl is affordable and comes in a variety of looks and colors. When it comes to board and batten siding, vinyl is one of the most affordable material options.
