Put in a request yesterday because my HVAC system wasnâ t working. They contacted me right away, on a holiday, and made time to come the next morning to just see what was going on (said it should only take about 30min). So they came out this morning and in 30min they found the problem, fixed the problem, and were out the door. Very professional, didnâ t try to do more than what needed done, and explained everything they did as they were doing it. 100% recommend!

They were hired to fix my heat and they fixed it! What else is there to know. Dame day it was working, no parts needed replaced, just cleaned. Charged the minimum inspection/service fee. Out the door they went.

Gas Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
This company was first rate. Our furnace was past repairing, so we needed a new on installed. The owner explained the options very clearly for us. Within two days, they were at our house, and had the new furnace in a couple of hours. The furnace has been working perfectly, and all the rooms in our two-story house are evenly heated.

"Hello Owen, We did not give you an estimate, because no parts are needed at this time. Upon arrival, we cleaned the burner assembly and checked over the whole system. The blower motor is running high amps and the inducer motor shaft is getting a little loose. The customer stated they had both outdoor units replaced already this year. We only replace parts if absolutely necessary. AireServ will never sell you something that you don't need. Thank you. Respectfully, Jim."

I reviewed them already however, I think they did an excellent job. They might be a bit higher than some out there but I was not shopping for the cheapest price but rather who I thought would give me the best job.

Prompt service, knowledgeable and professional employees. I would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. I also purchased the bi-yearly maintenance program to ensure my heater and AC units run efficiently in the future.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Aire Serv of Martinsburg! Their customer service was amazing. The owner, Jim, takes the lead and is available every step of the way which is incredible in itself. They communicate by phone, email, text, the app (Home Advisor in my case) whichever is most convenient for the customer which, as a full-time work from home person now, is invaluable. They send a picture of the technician in advance, send reminders, and the person who assessed the problem was the one who came back to fix it (once the part was in) which is preferable in my experience but rarely the case these days. Burt, our technician, was quiet but professional and so so helpful through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and honestly. He did what they promised and all he could to ensure my problem was resolved and that I was satisfied with the results. He also practiced COVID safety measures with masks and distancing, as appropriate, as well. Also, they offered to come out the same day if needed (knowing my 78 year old dad was in the home) and at no extra charge! Our blower motor went out so our AC and Heat weren't circulating. It was the first night it was going to be down to the 40's too, of course. Found out their service call costs are the same weekdays or weekends! That's impressive in itself. (Who does that now a days?? They do ?) Aire Serv of Martinsburg's customer service alone is a reason to highly recommend them but their quality of work, honesty in pricing, excellent communication and focus on good work at an honest price seals the deal! We don't cut corner and all my guys have undergone a background check and have certification to work on HVAC systems. AireServ will always have a free 30 days policy on return service call fees, if we have to come out again on the same issue.
