He came out and did a full walk-through of my house where I showed him each of the projects I need to get done, spent lots of time looking at everything and getting an idea of exactly what I wanted done. I got the best quote from these guys for a roof by longshot, and the roof is perfect. He communicates every step of the way, gets in there and gets the work done efficiently and does not leave you hanging about whats going on and when.
