"Not exactly sure of this review. considering we did the repair. completed it. were paid for it. then we were called for additional work that we completed and have not been paid for.as well as while we were there we were informed a windstorm had lifted another piece of metal. she actually contracted with another company to do the replacement through insurance. so again I am not sure why the review was left."

"lori.. I spoke to your husband about this issue. this had no bearing on the work we did on your house almost a year ago.. I wasn't hired to rebuild the old boxing style on your home.. which was built what a 100 years ago? that is how it was done at the time.. someone else through the years had installed siding soffit and fascia on your house.. not our company.. there was nothing wrong with what was there when I came and did the work that our company completed. we fixed the boxing on the back of your home.. reinforced your roof.. painted it and sealed it.. apparently the snow loads tore it lose that we have had in the 2 storms once this winter and once the past.. I explained to your husband what happened and told him I would get you a price.. I apologize for not getting back to you fast enough.. but like you said fair prices keep us busy.. and obviously great work by looking over our referrals.. apparently you cant make everyone happy unless you do it for free.."
