"This company is staffed by professional and personable folks. We live near a meadow, so weeds are a huge problem for us. We contracted--at a very reasonable price--to have our rock garden spaces weeded and our house, retaining wall and house pressure-washed. The weeding crew hand-pulled all the weeds--no herbicides! The pressure washing work was so extraordinary that when our daughter came to visit, she asked if we had replaced the retaining wall. They went beyond the work they quoted and mowed and edged our yard "since we're here and we have the equipment with us". The crew was thorough and efficient. We highly recommend Mountain State Restoration for any of the types of work they do. We plan to contract with them for yard maintenance come spring."

While Keystone's sales team does a great job selling their leveling service, delivery and scheduling are abysmal. It takes months to schedule, followed by weeks of equipment failures and rescheduling. You'll also be cleaning up stains and messes left behind, reminding them of what has and hasn?t been done yet, as well as essential contracted items and processes that were skipped throughout. You can call and discuss the issues with the crew and management, but only if you can actually wade through all their random phone numbers and find someone willing to answer or return your calls. For tens of thousands of dollars, you expect a simple level of service, coordination, and professionalism that doesn't follow through from sales to crew. "

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
