Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. "Last night the torsion spring for our garage door opener broke with a loud bang. After looking on line how to replace this spring, it was obviously not a DIY project as it can be dangerous and cause severe injury. Early this morning we called Danny's Door Service and within two hours their tech, Chuck, arrived to replace it. He was very friendly, experienced and efficient.
