Showed up on time, super friendly, and I just love my new garage door. They did a awesome job!

The guy showed up late without calling, He (justin snyder) didn’t acknowledge my presence when I greeted him and just started pushing/pulling things in my garage without saying anything to me. It made me very uncomfortable as a woman. When he finally did start talking, He complained about several things that didn’t make sense (e.g., saying the cables were overlapping, when there was only one cable). When my husband showed up, he talked to him in a very different (actually respectful) tone. It was weird.

I paid half down and I have not seen him since I took him to court. I have a judgment that states he owes me money but he still has not paid me anything.
