The whole crew was GREAT, They did a fantastic job and I felt completely at ease with them at my home. which is unusual for me, I would hire them back in a minute and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! "They came that evening and looked at our job and gave us a very reasonable quote. The other tree services did not bother getting back in touch. We called them back the next day and setup a time for the job to be done. They were at our home promptly at 7:00 , cut 4 trees down , stacked the wood and cleaned up and were finished in 2 1/2 hours! They were very good and knew their job! Our four trees were threats to our home . They brought them down with no damage to our property! We would highly recommend this crew of 4 guys to anyone! "Rick and his crew arrived as expected. They first took down the large pine tree and turned it into mulch. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to do this. The next thing they tackled was the enormous shrubs that lined our backyard. Again, they took them out and mulched them up. Finally, Rick scaled each of the three large trees in the backyard cleaning off the vines and cutting off unnecessary or dead branches. Before they left, they raked and cleaned up the yard. I look forward to them coming back in the fall to prune and shape my apple tree."

"I have used other tree service companies in the past. Moss Tree Service is by far the best one I have seen. They sent a crew on four people and removed 30 trees in 3 days. The most impressive part is the way they clean up as they go. Most companies don't even begin a cleanup until they finish the job, which can cause many inconveniences while the work is taking place. These guys cleanup as they go. They are as meticulous with the cleanup as they are with the tree removal. Very professional, they are on-time and work very hard. After filing my complaint, my phone rang and the contractor set up a time to finish the job. The crew finished removing the tree,cut up and cleared the brush to my satisfaction. The price for the service was negotiated down due to the communication breakdown so all ended well. So here you have an amended review with a good recommendation."
