We called them back the next day and setup a time for the job to be done. They were at our home promptly at 7:00 , cut 4 trees down , stacked the wood and cleaned up and were finished in 2 1/2 hours! "I have used other tree service companies in the past. Moss Tree Service is by far the best one I have seen. They sent a crew on four people and removed 30 trees in 3 days. The most impressive part is the way they clean up as they go. Most companies don't even begin a cleanup until they finish the job, which can cause many inconveniences while the work is taking place. "Initially J had a problem with the job not being finished and no communication with the contractor as to when I could expect completion. After filing my complaint, my phone rang and the contractor set up a time to finish the job. The crew finished removing the tree,cut up and cleared the brush to my satisfaction. The price for the service was negotiated down due to the communication breakdown so all ended well. So here you have an amended review with a good recommendation."
