A little slow in getting there because of a backlog of other customers but they stayed until the job was done and even made an extra trip to get the materials they needed to get the job done

They had completed two major projects in my home. Josh and his crew are all very nice, polite and friendly. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The prices I was charged both times were very reasonable. I would and always will recommend them to everyone needing work done compently and reasonably priced.

Flash Electrical was not clear on written quote. Only took 10 hrs to complete job charged for 16 hrs. When questioned jumped to defensive ugly attitude.

"My estimates are well written and I explained the job clearly and precisely many times over phone calls, texts, and emails. It took around 11 hours to complete the job, and I did not charge by the hour. I explained to you that I charged by the job, regardless of the time it took to complete it. You paid me and called the next day to complain, and threatened to cancel the check after the work was complete and your power was turned back on. I am required by law to notify you that in that instance, I have the right to place a lien on the home until the bill is paid in full, and I did that respectfully via email and mail. I never got defensive or rude with you, I just stood my ground when you threatened with a lawyer and canceling the check. I tried to meet with a compromise but you would not reach back out to me or answer my calls. I am sorry that this happened this way but I feel like I handled it well and you were upset because I would not initiate a partial refund for no reason. As a last note, I was cheaper than the other 2 bids you received so I am not sure what the problem is with the price."

Josh was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was prompt and here when he said he would be. He performed the electrical work very quickly and cleaned up after himself. As a matter of fact, I've asked him to come back and do additional work. I would highly recommend him for any of your electrical needs no matter how large of a job you might have.

Josh was great. He replace the mast where the electricity comes in our our house (big job), turned all the florescent lights in our basement to LED lights and replaced some of our receptacles. He was pleasant to have around ( that means a lot to me) and did great work. I recommend him 100%.
