"I wanted my oversized tub removed and to install a larger walk in shower . Luis and his team came and immediate began working on demolishing the bathroom. Everyday they cleaned up behind themselves and was patient with me to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had . They were very professional and pleasant to work with. "Brian Cutlip, the owner, responded quickly and came out the next day. He cleared the line but noted that the condensation drain had not been installed properly, as the drain line did not have an adequate downward angle to ensure proper drainage. He drained the line and returned the unit to functional status, and made arrangements to return in about a week to install a condensate pump and float switch. He would not accept payment until after all work was completed. He subsequently returned as promised (with two assistants), wired and installed the pump, and ran a section of PVC drain line down to ground level to properly drain the unit. He also recharged the refrigerant back to the proper level. He fully explained everything he did, and made several recommendations regarding unit maintenance. Brian and his crew were exceptionally professional, clean and courteous."
