The blower motor went out on my HVAC unit on a Saturday. I waited until Monday to call around for the parts. I started with Shinnston Plumbing as they are a Lennox dealer and that's what my unit is. I spoke to Duane directly who looked it up for me, and had the parts on hand. He held them for me and I went to pick them up. He was also helpful in explaining the difference between the new motor and the old one (changed by the manufacturer over time). The price of the parts was of course a little higher than I could have gotten them online, but I did not have to wait either. It was maybe $20 more expensive, but definitely worth it. I did not have work performed by them, but for parts I recommend them.

They were very good. They were very friendly. They explained everything really good. What they said they were going to do, that's what they did. They didn't add on additional cost for this whole thing. What they gave us the price, that is what it was. They did a very good job.
