He came out the same day I called, determined where the clog was, and went to work. He snaked the line to the street and found that the line was not clogged but broken. This was a whole new mess, but he got us started on the right path. He also explain some issues with the plumbing inside the house, and explained what we would want to do to correct them. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive. I will be calling him again for any other plumbing needs."

"We hired Premier Home Pros to convert a tub into a walk-in shower in our Center City condominium. Most contractors that we contacted would not do this job in a condominium complex. The work took approximately 13 hours and we were very pleased with the result. The team doing the work was led by Peter who was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful and saw to it that a thorough cleanup was done at the conclusion of the job. "Brian Cutlip, the owner, responded quickly and came out the next day. He cleared the line but noted that the condensation drain had not been installed properly, as the drain line did not have an adequate downward angle to ensure proper drainage. He drained the line and returned the unit to functional status, and made arrangements to return in about a week to install a condensate pump and float switch. He would not accept payment until after all work was completed. He subsequently returned as promised (with two assistants), wired and installed the pump, and ran a section of PVC drain line down to ground level to properly drain the unit. He also recharged the refrigerant back to the proper level. He fully explained everything he did, and made several recommendations regarding unit maintenance. Brian and his crew were exceptionally professional, clean and courteous."
