"The service technician, Scott, was extremely prompt and was very professional.  He answered all of the questions we had reference the furnace.  He was very personable and didn't mind that we hung out with him while he worked.
The biggest reason this business was chosen was because they were available to do it in the near future.  Many places were booked into 2013.

"Work is basically ok but terrible communication and rather messy, including coming home to find the work crew having taken over my garage as work space without letting me know and leaving a mess for me to clean up. Owner didn’t seem to care and was not communicative of additional costs incurred. I would not recommend."

"The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."

"Had to get a replacement using that was not exactly like the previous one. Todd was an excellent problem solver to get the unit to work in the space we had available and made smart recommendations of how to go about it. Todd was also responsive and attentive to me throughout the project. . All the work was done very professionally and the new heater is working effectively."
