They were able to not only get power up behind my tv they mounted my Bose sound bar and hid all the wiring behind the wall. I also had an add on in another area where I needed cables ran and they were able to accommodate that . I had asked Max a recommendation for a sound bar in that area and he took the time to explain which he would choose and why. "The window replacement and screen door repair went well. They replaced the screen and the rollers. While they were at my home, we asked for an estimate to replace a broken window. They also noticed other windows that needed to be replaced. We agreed to replace two sliding door screens and the bottom rollers. We also agreed to replace two windows. owever, while installing the windows, they damaged two of our window screens as they were taking them out or putting them back in (they were a pretty tight fit). We found the damage later that day and called Broken Windows. They denied that they damaged the screens. They agree to replace one of the damaged screens if we paid to replace the other damaged screen. We paid for them to replace two other window screens. As it turns out, when we got the screens back, none of the window screens fit the frames anymore, even when we waited for warmer weather in May (in case the frames shrunk during the cold winter temperatures). We will now go to another company to replace all four screens and to replace all corners of each damaged screen."
