Poor communication once the project began and then on. Quality of the work done was not professional but average at best. Very strange when the home owner has to point out how the work that was done was done wrong.

"When the project began the customer was never home or answered his phone to confirm details he never specified from the beginning. The project was complete on a Wednesday and wasn't able to meet him until that Sunday since he was avoiding my phone calls and text messages I had to physically go to his property. If there was any serious problem on detail I was expecting at least a phone call to go over the issues which he did not. When I arrived at his property he explained the problem of some detail issues he had. He threatened not to pay the remaining balance on the contract he signs and agreed to. It was corrected and only paid half ."
