Perfect. The old glass was very hard to get out. Because that caused the job to take longer than I am sure was anticipated, I expected to be charged more than the original estimate. There was no extra charge. Needless to say, I was very impressed. I would definitely use Layton again and highly recommend them.

Very Well.  They were prompt, efficient, reasonable in price and personable.

They did a great job.  They were very knowledgeable in terms of what could be done and did a great job replacing the glass in the windows.  One of the panes of glass was supposed to be tempered glass, but when their glass supplier delivered it, the owner at Layton Glass recognized that it wasn't tempered glass and wasn't sealed inside so the argon gas wouldn't remain between the two panes.  They called us right away and let us know, and then got on the phone with the supplier to have it reshipped right away.  We're happy they told us about it and made it right even though it was more work for them.  Their prices were very reasonable and they all of the people at Layton Glass were cheerful and easy to talk to.

Their price was reasonable, their warranty was better than others and they were easy to work with. They made a customized door. They were professional and prompt. They were honest.

We took the cabinet to their store. They have a good selection of frames. We selected a frame that compliments the lighting fixture above the cabinet. They had to special order the frame. The new mirror and frame were installed on the cabinet's door within the time period they promised.

I have 2 cats that enjoy sitting on the fish tank and watching the fish. The lid that came with the tank was sub standard for supporting of the weight of the cat(S). As soon as I took the glass in, they knew what it was for, and went with a thicker glass, Also put a ridge on the back of the lid, so the cats cant push the light around.

Everything was fine, I would use them again.

We asked for an estimate of 3 things that we needed done at our home. We were given quotes for the three jobs. We opted for two repairs, but not the third because of the price. When they called to set up an appointment to put in the window and didn't mention the screen, I asked about it and was told that we had asked for separate estimates and would be notified when the screen came in and it would be a separate job. I then asked why we couldn't have both jobs done at the same time, and was told because they didn't have a place to store the window. We had assumed the two jobs would be done in one service call, however, it was done on two different calls, and we were charged service, delivery, and labor changes on both.
We felt this was deceptive business practice, and if we had been told that each job would be considered independent of the others and we would have to pay for an additional delivery and service charge, we would have called someone else. To make matters worse, the service man was 55 mins late for the appointment time for the screen.
Although we are happy with the work, we are very disappointed in feeling we were taken advantage of and that our business was not appreciated.

We have done business with them before and will continue to use the company. They did a very good job.

They were very professional and very clean. The windows look perfect. I had reached out to a few companies who were unable to match the grid and Layton was able to accomodate as some others could not. It's looks excellent. I could not be more pleased. Deborah the receptionist is extremely pleasant and very professional.

They are a good decent company, and they do good quality work. I did have one problem with the quality though. The installer was a hard working guy. It is a small outfit, and so the overheads are low. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were very prompt in fixing my window, it was an emergency and I appreciate how quickly they came out.

They have people who have been doing it for years. They really know what they are doing. They are excellent in doing window glasses and picture framing. Their prices are extremely reasonable. The woman who works there does most of the picture framing. She gives you lot of options for framing and a lot of information about it. I have been using their service for about 10 years now. I would use them again in the future too.

The framed mirror turned out beautifully. Got some good tips from the associate and they framed it so it would hang both ways per my request. Very quality and done in a reasonable amount of time.
