Perfect. They installed the door, but also I asked them about other situations and they immediately made minor improvements. After the 3rd or 4th improvement I said I have more questions and they should put me on the service clock. In the end, a lot of improvement for little charge.

Door Drs was great. From the actual installation to testing the door to make sure it didn't slam shut (or shut too slow!), they were quite thorough.

Great job! They said they came when they said they would, fixed the door, honored the $100 Angies List coupon we purchased, and were friendly and professional.

Dan and Dave arrived promptly on time when we had the appointment set for. They got straight to work, and did not take a break until the work was performed!! My interior doors were hung perfectly, and even the one I attempted to cut and hang myself was fixed and hung. They were great!! I typically don't ever write reviews, but these guys honestly made me feel like I needed to post something! I will definitely have back when I do other doors!

These guys were great and incredibly meticulous. I paid them by the project, not per hour and felt badly because I think it worked out to $15 per hour or something like that. They even fixed a broken light they noticed in the garage!  I only wish they did a wide variety of projects because I would certainly use them again.

First, I will say their craftsmanship was excellent. They took their time and did the job right. They even installed flashing where it was missing and had to deal with the drama of a farm house. That said, they arrived the first day after not being willing to come out the house ahead of time to help us measure the doors or order the proper size, and realized we had ordered the wrong size doors. They then complained for the next 14 hours about what a miserable job the installation was. I don't blame them for feeling frustrated, but they were far from professional. If you hire them, insist they come out for a free estimate and that they do the measuring before you order. Despite that, the job turned out much better that we could have imagined and we were very, very pleased with the end result.

They were very responsive. They called me back, they were the fastest and then they called back for details before they actually came so they came with the correct parts. They were reasonable. I don't want to guess the amount because I don't know what those things actually cost. They did a good job. I haven't had any problems since and I needed them to come quickly because it was working one day and not working the next. They came and did their job. They went out of their way, they were very nice and efficient. They did what they said they were going to do and they charged what they said they were going to charge. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They did a great job. Before they did the job, they kept in communication with us about the type of garage door they could order and when it would arrive. They were prompt and friendly. The work was very good.

Dan and Dave were absolutely fantastic! When we called them to get an estimate, they were able to come out and start the job the same day, which was so convenient. They asked before arriving what color of caulk we preferred and showed up with all the materials needed to get the job done. Within a half an hour of their arrival, the first of the old doors and storms was removed. Our house presented a challenge since it's an older home (which was probably not plumb and level when it was built) but Dan and Dave were up to the test! They didn't rush the job--the first day, they got the front entry in, the next day, it was the back door, and the third day, they installed both storms. Dan told me that they probably could have done the job much faster, but they don't take shortcuts. For both doors, they had to do quite a bit of custom work. You could really tell that they take a tremendous amount of pride in their work. A couple of other things that impressed us: they put wood colored filler to match our interior in the nail holes, took away the old doors and storms when they were through, and truly respected our home. They were very neat and vacuumed up all the dust and debris when they were done. Also, they insured that the lock sets were installed flawlessly and turned very smoothly. The finished doors seal perfectly. They even put a new doorbell cover on our back bell so it would be a match the new door hardware, and instead of installing plain wood planks around the new outside door surrounds, Dan and Dave put in some decorative wood molding in to match the character of our house. Again, it was little touches like that that made them so thoughtful! We felt that we received wonderful craftsmanship, especially considering the very reasonable price.
