The toilet was adjusted, but I need to replace the flooring underneath. The water pressure problem turned out to be a bigger issue, but they called the people necessary to fix the problem. The price and installation of the water heater was fair and professional.

Things have not gone very good so far. They are having trouble getting the parts. The water heater will cost about $700 and to get it installed will cost about $3,000. I think they are a good outfit.
