Had gutters installed. Also, had basement window wells redone and basement foundation mortar work. Both crews were easy to work with and did nice jobs.

The toilet was adjusted, but I need to replace the flooring underneath. The water pressure problem turned out to be a bigger issue, but they called the people necessary to fix the problem. The price and installation of the water heater was fair and professional.

Things have not gone very good so far. They are having trouble getting the parts. The water heater will cost about $700 and to get it installed will cost about $3,000. I think they are a good outfit.

I was ready to go before I got half way through writing the check. That's prompt!  On other occasions I've been treated well. When headlights failed 6 weeks after installation new headlights were installed free of charge.

I didn't hire them because the unit they were going to install was NOT a boiler approved by ocus on Energy. So I cannot rate them.

They had to do some adjustments to make the unit fit and work well. The previous installation was not done well. They adapted to the available structure well.
