From the initial call I placed to schedule service until Mario left my home, he provided 5 star service. He is down to earth and professional. He took before and after pictures of the vents so we could see the difference. Our home build was completed by a previous owner in 2001 and Mario's photos showed that this was clearly the only time the vents were getting cleaned since the home's build. He did such a great job, and I would recommend him to anyone that wants their vents cleaned. We are so glad we chose to hire him.

Mario did a great job cleaning the ducts in our house and our dryer vent. The before and after pictures showed how dirty our vents were and how wonderfully clean they were when he was done. We just moved into our home and it is reassuring to know that everything is cleaned out now. I highly recommend Mario and his duct cleaning business!

Mario arrived on time. He was very pleasant and personable! He brought in all of his equipment and took his shoes off without being asked. Our registers were already removed so he went through the house and took pictures inside of the registers. He showed us the pictures and told us that they didn't need to be cleaned but it was up to us. There was no dirt or dust build up inside the registers so we decided not to have the ducts cleaned. I asked him what we owed him and he said nothing! That was so kind of him! What a wonderful person! When the time comes to have the ducts cleaned, I would call Dairy State Cleaning to clean them! Mario is a great person!

Mario did a great job he responded quickly to our inquiries. He was very easy to work with and accommodating towards our family schedule. He did a great job working with our busy household. Mario was great to work with. He was very polite and personable. He responded quickly to our inquiry and in just a few days, our ducts were cleaned. He explained the process and even showed us before and after pictures showing all the debris that was removed. We have his cards and have lined up a few family and friends to call him.
