Nelson Clean Care responded in a timely matter to my situation, their quote was fair, and the work was done quickly. The area cleaned looks great.
The overall cleaning was just fine. There were two spots. The darker one disappeared, but the other didn't. Instead of having them return, I used Oxi Clean and it's almost gone. The spots weren't properly treated by us in the first place, so I can't complain.
