 + -1 moreThey are excellent. Their product and services are very good. The items came even earlier than what they have promised. They kept us updated and that was very nice. My son didn't have to sit and wait for them all day.
Description of Work: My son is moving and he wanted a new bed so he went to Verlo.

 + -1 moreWE ENDED UP BUYING A NEW MATTRESS AND BOX SPRING FOR OUR SON FOR $4OO+ AND GETTING OUR MATTRESS FIXED ALL IN THE SAME DAY! OUR EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT AND WE WILL ALWAYS RETURN TO VERLO FOR OUR MATTRESS NEEDS! THEIR WARRANTY IS TRULY ONE-OF-A-KIND AND WE ARE ALL VERY HAPPY!
Description of Work: MY HUSBAND AND I WERE SHOPPING FOR A NEW MATTRESS SO WE STARTED AT A VERLO STORE. THE STORE MANAGER BOBBY CLEVELAND, ASKED US WHY WE NEEDED A NEW ONE AND I TOLD HIM IT WAS TIME. WELL WE HAD A VERLO AND HE SAID IT HAD A 15 YEAR WARRANTY AND HIS COMPANY WOULD COME OUT, TAKE OUR MATTRESS AND RE-STUFF IT AND FIX IT FOR NO CHARGE! SO THAT'S WHAT WE DID AND THE MATTRESS IS LIKE NEW!
