Terry is friendly, efficient and hardworking. He meticulously cleaned our 8000 sq ft house. He worked nearly 8 hours. Scrubbing on his hands and knees. 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. Highly recommend his services. He is regularly cleaning for us now.

Terry works alone, which I prefer to having a team, and he's very detailed in his cleaning. The initial cleaning took about 5 hours, and I could definitely see the difference in the bathroom and kitchen surfaces and floors, and the look and feel of the carpet. He did some of the kitchen floor cleaning by hand, and a thorough dusting, including high surfaces and ceiling. I was very pleased with the job he did.

He did a very thorough job in the time allotted. And the price was very good because it was an incentive deal. The only thing that I didn't care for was his communication style. I thought he would ask more questions and be a little more friendly. The first thing he did was haul into my living room a large trash bin on wheels. I should have asked him to leave it on the porch. So I wonder if he is doing more commercial cleaning jobs than residential. But I can't complain about the job.

Terry cleaned my house top to bottom yesterday. It's sparkling. He dusted, mopped, scrubbed 2 bathrooms, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen (including appliances) and the basement. I was so thrilled when he was done, I told him I didn't want to move. I'd recommend Terry to anyone and I'm going to use his services again.

Terry was very professional & thorough. My house was very dirty but he worked diligently for 7 hours and it looked great! The original cost was $275.00 but because he went over 6 hours, it was an addt'l $50.00 for every hour after, plus I tipped him an addt'l $50.00 (good faith). I would recommend Terry for all your cleaning needs.

Called me to schedule a time with out his schedule. What is the purpose of scheduling a time if you didnt call me with your schedule . Then quoted me a price but I had to ask what it included. He later indicated he was booked for the remainder of the month but couldn't provide a date when he would be available . The call was unproductive.

"I Apologize That You Where Not Satisfied That I Could't Clean Your Home On Short Notice. I Told Her That I Was Already Booked For The Rest Of The Month And That She Call Me The First Week Of The Following Month To Schedule A Cleaning. I'm Confused As To Why She Left Me This Review Just Because I Couldn't Fit Her In For A Cleaning. Seems A Bit Bizarre To Me. I Could Understand If I Was late And I Did A Bad Job Than She Might Have A Case. What Did She Loose, Where Do You Draw The Line. On What Grounds Does She Have To Complain. What Is Her Argument. She Was Very Inpatient And Nothing I Said Was Acceptable To Her. I Tried To Reason With Her And I Gave Her A Quote To Give Her An Idea What It Would Cost Because She Asked. I'm Not Going To Cancel Someone I'm Already Committed To Clean For. It Wouldn't Be Fare To Them."
