The only reason this does not get all failing grades is because the sales person and allow the people up t the delivery was all good. However, since the love seat was delivered we have had nothing but problems. The back pillows were way overstuffed, Boston did reorder the cushions. After about 6 months of use, the fabric on the arms and seat have begun pilling and getting a fuzzy appearance. And the fabric on the arms is crooked. I called customer service and they had sent out someone to examine the piece. I pointed out these defects. I waited for a response from Boston Store for 2-1/2 weeks and ended up having to call and find out the status. They claim it is normal wear and tear and will not stand behinds their fabric. So now I am stuck with a love seat in the main living room and I have to throw a blanket over it to help prevent further pilling. I find it ludicrous that within 6 months this fabric is wearing like it is in a commercial space waiting area. I find it crazy that they don't stand behind their fabric especially since it is less than a year old! I didn't even begin to complain about the rolled arms and the lack of cushion, better not try to rest your head on the arms! The model in the showroom was nothing like what we purchased. I will never go to Boston Furniture Store with this kind of reprehensible customer service. Although it was not the Boston's in Brookfield that handled this, it still reflects upon the company and the quality that it offers.

Good selection to choose from. All items were custom ordered and took 12 weeks to have everything delivered from start to finish. Delivery was professional and furniture is very nice.

Mattresses
The salespeople in the Mattress Department are very knowledgeable and don't use the high-pressure sales tactics that most of the other furniture stores use. They helped me find the right mattress and even bounced around on the mattress with me to show that I wouldn't feel any movement. I did a lot of research on the Internet before shopping, so I knew what I wanted. I called around first to see who would be able to answer my questions most effectively and I liked the way the Boston Store rep handled the call. So I went to the store and liked the people on duty that night even better, and bought the mattress right away. I will submit an update after we've had it for awhile. The only slight negative compared to some of the other stores is that you have to wait about two weeks to get it delivered.

It's unfortunate that as a customer at Boston Store's Furniture Gallery, you're stuck with the first sales person you talk to. Our sales person was pushy, judgmental, and impatient. No matter how many times we asked her to go away for a while while we made some decisions, she was always just 15 feet away waiting impatiently. Plus, I'm disappointed with Boston Store's advertising. They make it seem like Sterns & Foster mattresses are on sale, but they never are. They are always one price, no matter what sales may be going on. And coupons never apply. Read the very, very fine print! Delivery men were hasty and not very nice. I don't think we'll shop for furniture again here.

PURCHASE NEW KING SIZE BED - SIMMONS BEAUTYREST ELEGANTE. THE BED IN THE STORE FELT LIKE CLOUD. WHEN MY NEW MATTRESS WAS DELIVERED I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WAY IT FELT. AFTER ONE NIGHT OF SLEEPING ON IT I HAD TO GO BACK TO AN OLD BED IN ANOTHER ROOM TO SLEEP. IT SEEMED CONSIDERABLY HARDER THAN THE STORE MODEL AND THE COVER SEEMED BAGGY, AS IF THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH FILLING IN THE PILLOW TOP. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND COULD SEE THAT THE FLOOR MODEL HAD LOFTIER FILLING UNDER THE TICKING AND LOOKED AS IF THERE WAS MORE FILLING. I TALKED WITH THE STORE MANAGER AND HE THOUGHT THAT THIS WASN'T RIGHT, SO HE IMMEDIATELY ORDERED ME A NEW MATTRESS OF THE SAME TYPE. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE REPLACEMENT AND IT FEELS LIKE SLEEPING ON A CLOUD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MATTRESS AND BOSTON STORE FOR PURCHASING A MATTRESS. THEY HAVE A HUGE SELECTION. BOSTON STORE DOES NOT KEEP MATTRESSES STORED IN A WAREHOUSE THEY HAVE THEM MADE WHEN YOU ORDER. DELIVERY IN ABOUT ONE WEEK.

THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME WORKING WITH BOSTON STORE FURNITURE GALLERY. THIS TIME WE WORKED WITH CARA HENSE, SALES CONSULTANT. I WAS OUT OF TOWN ON BUSINESS WHEN MY HUSBAND WENT IN TO LOOK AT SOME FURNITURE THAT WAS ON SALE. SINCE I WAS RETURNING THE DAY AFTER THE SALE ENDED, CARA TOLD MY HUSBAND SHE'D HONOR THE PRICE IF WE CAME BACK & DECIDED TO BUY WHEN I RETURNED. THEY OFFER A DISCOUNT ON YOUR PURCHASE IF YOU OPEN A STORE CREDIT ACCOUNT (12 MONTH NO INTEREST ACCOUNTS). THEY ALLOW ONE SPOUSE TO OPEN THE ACCOUNT SO YOU CAN HAVE THE OTHER SPOUSE OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT SHOULD YOU RETURN TO BUY FURNITURE IN THE FUTURE. THE DELIVERY TEAM DURING OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WASN'T GREAT [THEY ALMOST REFUSED TO DELIVER A DRESSER BECAUSE WE LIVED IN AN UPSTAIRS FLAT] BUT THE SECOND TIME WE USED THEM THEY WERE GREAT.
