My box spring had a factory defect and I had to contact them for a replacement. Once I called them, they were fantastic to get somebody out quickly and get it replaced. Fantastic customer service, and their sales people were not pushy at all. I had no negative experience with them whatsoever.

The sales experience was good. The only issue I had was with one of their policies. I am old and it is kind of hard for me to clean and they have a policy where their delivery guys don't use shoe cover or anything, they just walk in so I had some cleanup to do after they delivered the mattress. I didn't appreciate that part about their policy but otherwise I had no problems with anything else. They even state that right in their contract, so I don't know what the issue is, it is just kind of a nuisance and annoyance. They probably subcontract their delivery and I suspect it is probably to save a few minutes of their delivery time.
