Description of Work: They delivered 2 pieces of furniture and both were damaged/ defective. One had 2 holes in it. After waiting 2 months, repairman came and didn't have the parts needed to repair the furniture. Then, when delivery came to pick up the furniture to return it, the delivery man didn't wear show covers and left multiple red stains all over my carpet.

 + 0 moreMy box spring had a factory defect and I had to contact them for a replacement. Once I called them, they were fantastic to get somebody out quickly and get it replaced. Fantastic customer service, and their sales people were not pushy at all. I had no negative experience with them whatsoever.
Description of Work: I used Steinhafels Mattress.

 + -1 moreThe sales experience was good. The only issue I had was with one of their policies. I am old and it is kind of hard for me to clean and they have a policy where their delivery guys don't use shoe cover or anything, they just walk in so I had some cleanup to do after they delivered the mattress. I didn't appreciate that part about their policy but otherwise I had no problems with anything else. They even state that right in their contract, so I don't know what the issue is, it is just kind of a nuisance and annoyance. They probably subcontract their delivery and I suspect it is probably to save a few minutes of their delivery time.
