The reason for the 4 star is they were supposed to call 30 mins before arrival. They showed up without calling and I had to rush home from work. The 4 stars is also due to sticker shock (no fault of the plumber). Original quote was $720 for a clogged drain. They knocked it down to $500 with only a 30 day warranty rather than 6 month. He found the clog at 35’ (10’ beyond my 25’ snake) in less than 20 mins. I now know I can get a 125’ power snake with all the different pipe size attachments for $300. I do appreciate the promptness of Roto Rooter, ease of scheduling, and fixing the issue right away, but I will invest in my own 100’ snake before spending $500 for 20 mins of labor (not including their travel). Thanks Roto Rooter for jumping on this and fixing the issue in less than 24 hours after contacting you."

Talked with Chris on the phone and he listened to everything I said, and responded to all my questions. Very patient. When the cold made it unable for him to come out on the day we anticipated, he personally called me back that evening to schedule a time for the next day and was there on the dot. "Plumber came out and admitted to accidently breaking a galvanized pipe than charged me almost 200 dollars for the labor to fix what he broke. I called the next day and spoke with the owner. The owner was hands down the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. Totally arrogant, we would speak over me, and treated me as if I wasn’t worth his time. He even hung up on me. The actual plumber that came to my house was friendly despite the fact that he broke something. When I called the office another man I spoke with stated that the plumber I had was young and new to plumbing. Would not recommend if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly experience. Also, the name is “quick fix”, think about the type of service you want for the money you’ll be spending."
