This is by far the best learning experience of my homeownership! Dave is prompt, punctual, reasonable and friendly. He was willing to work with me and my situation. We agreed to payments and I am confident that the price was more than fair. They did so much and so quick but never forgetting to tell me all the information I needed plus so much more. And the fact that they both took the time and effort to explain to me what and why, showing me when I asked plus the fact they did not mind me watching them do the work is the best people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I knew I could fully trust them with my yard and home! They were absolutely spectacular! They were so polite that they even asked to cut back trees in the yard before doing it and even helped out with a couple of extra things I asked about. As a well owner I would never hire anyone else but Dave! Luke too! They are my well guys for the rest of my life. You couldn't ask for a better pair of professionals, I would have no problem recommending them to family, friends and neighbors and would gladly talk to anyone looking to hire a well service. I had a previous couple of companies that offered estimates and then the original company hired by my grandmother out, all ridiculous in pricing, one lied and said they had to have another "expert look" at it and that "expert" never came but they wanted to charge me $60 for a service call, the original installer/repairer 7 years ago thinks I should still pay for shoddy, made to fail and incomplete work that DAVE AND LUKE SAVED US FROM! I am truly grateful and impressed by the concern for my and my family's safety and to restore my water again. These guys did great work, worked together with me and amongst themselves spectacularly. They were truly awesome. If you have to use a well plumber, drill or repair anything with your well there is no better hands to have it in than Dave and Luke. 5 star service! Fair pricing and reasonable down payments! I have my water service restored, better water pressure, know that we are drinking safe and clean water now and know that I will not have any problems with it anymore. Plus all the information Dave gave me on how to maintain the pressure tank, softener system and iron filter. If you choose anyone for well plumbing, drilling or repair, HIRE DAVE. A true professional and just an all around honest and great guy!
