Jason was great. The house has been winterized and we quickly got the well pump working and purged all of the air of the plumbing through out the house. He was quick and great to work with!!!!! Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention, he came out on a weekend which was quite unexpected but greatly appreciated.

Jason does beautiful work. If I need plumbing done in the future, he is the person I will call.

Firstly Jason responded promptly to the message I left for him. He indicated he was booked but would see if he could find an opportunity to do the job. He called the following day and said an opening came up in his schedule and could he come that morning. He prompt, neat, efficient and pleasant. The faucet I had already purchased was installed, he cleaned up, and we settled up with what I thought was a fair price.

Jason was very prompt in returning my call, giving me a quote and installing a new water heater. All of this was done the same day. Price was competitive, install and removal of old water heater all went very well. Jason did a great job keeping me informed, answering questions and getting the work done quickly. Will definitely use again.

Jason found the source of a leak from second floor bathroom that was leaking through the ceiling in the first floor. Fixed that problem and also fixed a leaky bathroom faucet, installed a new drain stop in a bathtub and installed a sink stop in a sink. Because he had to cut out a portion of the ceiling to get to the leak, he also went the extra mile and patched the ceiling with new drywall. Jason was always in communication with us about what needed to be done and when he was coming to the house. He always cleaned up when finished and provided great service at a very fair price.

This is the second time I have hired him. Each time he is a joy to work with. He is very concerned with quality and knows his stuff well. Comes from a line of plumbers apparently! Cheers Jason!

I had a leak in the main drain stack in the basement of my 1914 home. Nothing major, but a steady drip. Jason Miller came over to inspect and give me an estimate. The estimate to replace the drain stack and replumb the kitchen sink (which he said was not up to code and with which I was experiencing problems) was $390. We scheduled a day. There a few missed repair days due to unexpected conflicts by both parties but Jason arrived on the day we finally scheduled and promptly got to work. He had all of the materials needed and he go right to work. It turns out that the stack was within weeks of total failure as it was rusted clean through. The old metal pipe was replaced with non rusting PVC. The job was finished in 3 1/2 hours. You could tell by the way he worked he was experienced and knew just what to do. He needed a few extra pieces not included in the original bid but the final price was with in $25 of that quoted. The job site was cleaned up and everything works perfectly. We are extremely pleased with the work and plan on using JM plumbing again for all of our plumbing needs.

Jason from JM Plumbing was terrific! We bought a home & wanted a plumber to come in & check all the bathrooms ( there are 5) because some had loose faucets, loose toilets - we had him change 4 shower heads - just a bunch of small jobs we wanted done to make everything good. He was here all day & He was great! There was an issue with one of the bathroom faucets & one of the kitchen faucets that took a lot more time than he thought it would but he stuck with it & got everything changed & working. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone who was looking for a plumber - he did an awesome job!

Our 25 year-old toilet wasn't working reliably, so we called a provider from Angie's list. Their serviceman came to our home and determined we needed a new toilet in our powder room. They didn't have the one we wanted in stock, but he was going to order it for us. He charged us $179.00 for the service call; no work was done. This was in December 2014. After our repeated phone calls to check on the status of the order got us only promises of a return call, we decided to go elsewhere. JM Plumbing was referred to us by an HVAC provider we had used, AJ Pyramid Heating. Goodbye frustration, and hello salvation! Jason returned my phone call that evening, and got the toilet we wanted on order immediately. There was going to be a wait on the order, and Jason immediately let us know the anticipated availability. He also quoted an alternative which was in stock. He kept us aware of the status weekly, and we had the option to wait or go with the in-stock item. As soon as the order came in, he called to schedule an installation date. As another customer stated, "this guy is a rock star!" It's true! He was very professional and did the removal and installation very well, taking the old unit for discard. Total satisfaction, and he charged a very reasonable price, even lowering his rate as he had chatted a bit with my husband. We will definitely call JM Plumbing for any future plumbing needs in the future.

This guy is a rock star.....no kidding. Full of energy and very nice and professional. He came by to look at what the problem was, then we scheduled a time for him to come back and do the work. He was extremely knowledgeable and FAST.

Wonderful!!! Jason Miller from JM Plumbing came out and did a wonderful job! We checked with 3 other plumbers and got quotes over the phone from $300-$500. Jason came out to our home and gave us an in person estimate. He quoted $350 and when the job was done he said that he spent less time than he thought so he only charged us $300. This included all the necessary parts. He also did the work to code which the other plumbers said that they couldn't given our setup. He was on time for the estimate and for the actual work. We called him after the sale to check on one minor detail about the air in our pipes and he returned our call promptly and courteously. We really appreciated his professionalism. We will definitely use him again.

We called Jason on a Monday and he was out the following day, right on time. He was very professional and took care of our repairs very quickly at a reasonable cost.

I contacted Jason based on reviews on Angie's List. I asked if he would be willing to come to Shorewood to do the work and he indicated he would be willing to come here. I didn't realize what a long commute it would be for him -- approximately 40 minutes. He asked how soon I would like to have the work done, and I told him as soon as possible. He said he would look at his schedule and get back to me. He got me scheduled the following week. He was scheduled for today. Initially he thought he would arrive around 9:30 but then had some calls to take care of so he contacted me to let me know it would be closer to 10:30. He arrived promptly. I showed him what I had ordered and where I wanted the toilet installed. He went right to work. Completed all the work in about two hours and cleaned up when he was done. I felt his price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services to others and would hire him again for future plumbing projects m

I called Jason based on other positive reviews because we were interested in finding an independent plumber versus a big company. We had to play phone tag a few times but finally set up an appt and he was right on time. There were multiple issues to address throughout the house and Jason went through with us one by one. I am SO relieved to have these issues fixed and not have to worry about water damage from leaky faucets or running toilets. I respected that he was not just trying to up-sell us on more services the whole time -- where there was an "easy fix" he was happy to try it first. We felt it was a fair price for all the work he completed in one visit. We will call him again.

Jason told me he wasn't excited about putting in a sink (I had originally asked that he put in just a new faucet). He had had hernia surgery, so this was understandable. I helped him pull out my ceramic sink and later we put it my curb for someone to take. We had problems with the new sink: it was too big for the original hole. He sawed the formica but then some damaged part of the laminate showed when the new sink went in. This had been caused by the ceramic sink. Jason was stressed; he wanted to do a good job. We thought of options (new countertop..?) Luckily, he had a carpenter friend who created a lip around the sink, which covered the damaged part. It does look good. But because of both of our schedules, I waited a week without a sink. He was supposed to put new showerhead and cover the tarnished "gold" faucet and spout. I had bought a kit for that; he said it wouldn't work. He would have to break through the wall, which I didn't want. Several times he told me he was looking at possibilities, .but it's been over two weeks and he hasn't called back. He did good work, but if I don't hear from him in the next day or two, I wouldn't call him again. He also did not provide me with an itemized list or a written bill.

He showed up on time with all the needed materials and tools to do the job. He was professional and friendly and had the softener installed and functioning in under 2 hours, he even filled it with salt! He cleaned up the work area and made sure we were satisfied with the installation before asking for payment. Jason is a the rare old fashioned business owner, he cares about the work he does and wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. Obviously he is looking to build a business not just turn a quick buck.

Removed old, defective faucet and replaced it with new unit. Squeezed me in on short notice during a busy period which was much appreciated. Installation went well, tested faucet and connections and drainage multiple times. Unit has been functioning just fine since installation. Cleaned up nicely after completing work. Very pleasant experience and very reasonably priced (price included new fixture).

I told him what I needed and he said he'd be right over. Much to my surprise, he showed up in about 10 minutes (he was in the area I guess). Jason, had the problem fixed in a few minutes and identified a bad part on my toilet, which he had in his truck. I had him replace the part and it works like knew again. He honored the $25 coupon, despite he quoted me only $75.00 when I first called. I was very pleased and very impressed. I will definitely use JM Plumbing again in the future.

I called Jason with a toilet leak. I had problems turning the water off in the basement as the house is more than 100 years old and the shut off was a problem. When I called, Jason was very professional and provided me with a time window. He showed up the next day took care of the problem and contacted me when he was done. The price was slightly higher than I had anticipated but the quality of the work and responsiveness made up for the price. Would definitely use Jason again.

Called Jason and left a message, he called back within a short period of time. I explained the problem (second floor bathroom toilet leaking through first floor garage ceiling). I told him it wasn't an emergency and hopefully it wasn't a huge job either. (I've had problems getting painters, etc. to come out for "small" jobs" - apparently not enough profit for them?) He told me he'd call the following week, which he did. He came out the day after he called and handled the problem. Advised us that the subfloor in the bathroom was a bit "soft" due to the leakage over time (we just bought the house last year but apparently it's not a new issue) and should be replaced eventually, but he secured the toilet well so it would be OK. He left the area above the garage ceiling open so it would dry out and packaged up the wet insulation, etc. for garbage pickup. He was personable and professional, did a nice job and cleaned up after he was done. I'll use him again if I need plumbing help, probably when we redo that bathroom next spring.

We had a leak from the old copper tubing going to our refrigerator's ice maker. Jason found where the tubing had split and replaced it. This is third time we have used JM Plumbing and we have been very happy with his work.

I had a leaking waste pipe that needed immediate attention, as well as a dripping tub faucet that needed repair. After leaving a message, I received a call back no more than an hour later and had an appt scheduled for the very next day. Jason arrived on time and was very personable and professional. He had an immediate solution for the leaking waste pipe, and replaced it without issue. The (40 year-old) dripping tub faucet, however, presented more of a challenge. He first attempted to repair the existing hardware, which was the most economical solution. But after walking me through (in detail) why the part had failed, it was clear the entire faucet fixture needed to be replaced. I actually had purchased a fixture a while back knowing the current one was on it's last leg. Jason happily checked over the parts I had on hand and confirmed it fit the application and was of sufficient quality. The installation went well, but I was even more impressed with the integrity that Jason showed. He could have easily tried to sell me on another (more expensive) fixture so he could make extra on the parts. I plan to have Jason back out in the next couple weeks to tackle additional projects, and will recommend him to others. Job well done.

Jason was prompt to respond both to my inquiry and to my need to restore hot water to my home ASAP. He came within hours of my call. I live in a condo and accessing the unit in a tight space was challenging, but he managed to get in, get it fixed and put everything back together with (what appeared to be) ease. On top of that, he left the space cleaner than he found it. He was personable, professional and capable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the bill. I thought it was extremely reasonable. Jason provided exceptional customer service. I will absolutely call him next time I need a plumber.
