"It was our third time using The Handy Veteran and it will not be the last. Kevin and his team are absolutely top notch! Our first job with Kevin was to replace and paint all of the wood and trim in our entire house, replace carpet with LVP flooring on a third of the floors in our 3000sqf home, refaced our fireplace, install a new front door, & paint the entire house. Second job was to repair and paint our large deck. This last job was to replace more floors, remodel our guest bathroom and hang multiple lights fixtures. Our first job was in 2020 and the initial work they did is still perfect. Kevin stands by his work. He is not satisfied until the job is done right and was extremely accommodating to all of our requests. He wanted us satisfied and happy with the work and even made some great suggestions that really enhanced the final outcome. Him and his team are extremely respectful of our time, professional, friendly and trustworthy. Also very fair with their pricing! "

When Andy asked if there was anything else, I said there were a couple of fixtures that I was gonna replace, but I wasn't willing to pay an electrician for such a small job. He chuckled and agreed. I got other quotes, but this company had the best estimate for the project I requested. End of job, tech told me that the owner wanted $300 more than he quoted! I called the owner right then. He argued with me saying that I told him I only wanted fixtures replaced when he was here. I said that there were texts between us that confirmed the work to be done as well as the price. He argued more and then told me he hoped that I wasn't gonna make problems in the neighborhood? He tried to manipulate me into not leaving a negative review by saying he's a small company trying to make a living. Worst experience I've EVER had."
