The replacement window was installed for exactly the price quoted. They came to my house and all I had to do was pay and say thank you. I highly recommend The Glass Doctor. They were great and their price was considerably less than other providers including those who did not offer home service. The window fits perfectly and operates smoothly."

"We had Argo Glass & Windows replace sixteen glass panes, many of them large, in our home on January 13 & 14, 2020. Their pricing was fair and the quality of work excellent. Their crew was fast and courteous, completing the entire project in under two days. I thought I would have to repaint the outer frames in spring following the glass replacement, but the manner in which they performed the work kept the existing paint intact. It was January in Wisconsin and they removed the old glass panes and installed the new ones with a very minimum of cold air entering the house. My wife and I were home during the entire process and never felt cold. We will be having them return in spring to repair some rotted wood in a number of window frames and replace some broken window hardware. We will definitely continue to use them for any future window needs and highly recommend them to anyone needing similar work."

They promptly returned my call and set up a meeting with a designer to get the process rolling. This is where the problems started. We had a very difficult time with the designer... Getting him to listen to our needs and return designs in a timely manner. We called corporate to express our concerns and the designer started to respond and get the job done. Ultimately we got what we wanted and have been very happy with the design and the product, but it was a difficult process getting there."

"The frame around our leaded glass window was rotting.   Rather than install a new window, Superior was able to save the existing leaded glass window and just install a new storm/screen.  They rebuilt the rotting frame.  Looks beautiful.  Much cheaper than a window replacement and kept the integrity of the house intact.  Nice people. John, from the time he came for the free estimate and throughout the entire build, was very informative and thorough. Very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. The owner was knowledgeable of different glass options and features and did not try to "sell-up".  He made helpful recommendations.  The company was extremely professional when they arrived with windows that were cut slightly wrong to match the window space, due to a frame in the existing window space that couldn't be removed.  They brought all the windows back to their shop & recut/sized them.  This did not delay the work's completion.  Writing this review a year later, we can say we are completely satisfied with the windows and have no quality concerns, such as air or water leaking.  It's nice to work with a company that stands by its work.

"I called three Angie's List companies for estimates on tuckpointing work that was needed on our home. This was the first time we've ever needed this type of work done. We chose J & B Restoration based on their responsiveness to our request for a quote, their Angie's List ratings, and price. Bruce and Jennifer Sell are very professional and attentive, and it was nice working with them. When I asked Bruce to reattach the gutters, which was outside of the work I had originally asked for, he came right away and took care of the items requested. The crew performing the tuckpointing were neat, courteous, and professional. The finished tuckpointing looks great and is barely noticeable! The new mortar matches the existing color almost perfectly, and the lines are clean and straight. We just had landscaping done prior, but J & B kept the area around our home neat and clean. I would recommend J & B to anyone needing the restoration services they provide."
